General Information

Tours take place around the Square in Oxford, MS. We meet outside the Oxford Parking Garage, near the Red Telephone Booth. Do not confuse this one with the telephone booth outside City Hall. If you can see the courthouse - you've gone too far.

It is a 1 hour walking tour and we cover about 0.3 miles. There are benches at 3 of our locations if you are mobility impaired. This tour is handicapped friendly.

The address for the Parking Garage is 1102 Jefferson Ave, Oxford, MS 38655.

Tours are given everyday, as long as someone signs up, at 8:00 PM. Please sign up under the booking page if you are interested in a tour. I hope to see you soon!

My Story

My name is Jennifer Vesey and I am originally from Memphis, TN. I've always had a passion for history, and a love for the paranormal. When I moved to Oxford I tried to find a ghost tour, but there wasn't one. I decided to do the research and learn about the city of Oxford, MS myself. Doing so, I was able to find some of the tragic stories of Oxford through old newspapers and books I checked out at the Lafayette Public Library. My research will be forever ongoing as I  continue to learn more about the trials and triumphs of this beautiful town. I hope you join me on a tour one evening to learn the dark and morbid history of Oxford, MS.
